การกลายเป็นเมืองของชุมชนเกิดจากผลของการพัฒนาประเทศ และได้เผชิญกับกระแสโลกาภิวัตน์ในระบบทุนนิยมที่ให้ความสำคัญกับการพัฒนาทางวัตถุเอาเงินเป็นตัวตั้งก่อให้เกิดความเสื่อมถ่อยและล่มสลายของสถาบันครอบครัว แต่หากการมีความสุขในครอบครัวและการมีสุขภาพอนามัยที่ดีเป็นผู้ที่มีความมั่นคงในชีวิต การศึกษาครั้งนี้จึงได้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาองค์ประกอบของปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อของความมั่นคงของประชาชน ตลอดจนเพื่อสร้างแบบจำลองสมการโครงสร้างความมั่นคงของประชาชนในชุมชนกลายเป็นเมือง เป็นการศึกษาทั้งเชิงคุณภาพและเชิงปริมาณใช้พื้นที่ตำบลโนนทัน อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดหนองบัวลำภูเป็นพื้นที่ศึกษา ขนาดตัวอย่างจำนวน 388 ตัวอย่าง เก็บข้อมูลทั้งระหว่างวันที่ 1 มกราคม – 30 เมษายน 2551 ผลการศึกษา พบว่า ชุมชนกลายเป็นเมืองเกิดจากการเข้ามามีบทบาทของการพัฒนาโดยใช้ระบบทุนนิยมนำหน้า มีการปฏิสัมพันธ์ทางสังคมโดยการแลกเปลี่ยนที่มีเงินเป็นสื่อกลาง องค์ประกอบของปัจจัยที่ใช้ในการดำเนินชีวิต ประกอบด้วย ปัจจัยด้านความมั่นคงทางสังคม ปัจจัยด้านความมั่นคงทางเศรษฐกิจ ปัจจัยด้านความมั่นคงทางการศึกษา และ ปัจจัยความมั่นคงของประชาชน ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความมั่นคงของประชาชนมากที่สุด คือ ปัจจัยความมั่นคงทางสังคม (g=0.51) รองลงมาคือ ความมั่นคงทางการศึกษา (g=0.31) น้อยที่สุดคือปัจจัยความมั่นคงทางเศรษฐกิจ (g=0.16) สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ความมั่นคงของประชาชนในชุมชนกลายเป็นเมืองได้ร้อยละ 79 (R2=.79) และยังพบอีกว่า ปัจจัยความมั่นคงทางเศรษฐกิจมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับปัจจัยความมั่นคงทางการศึกษา (r=0.43) รวมทั้งปัจจัยทางการศึกษา(f=.83) และปัจจัยความมั่นคงทางเศรษฐกิจ(f=.64) มีอิทธิพลต่อปัจจัยทางด้านความมั่นคงทางสังคม ข้อเสนอแนะ ควรส่งเสริมแนวคิดการพึ่งตนเองของชุมชนแบบพอเพียงให้เป็นแนวคิดหลักในการพัฒนาโดยประสานกับทุกหน่วย ควรให้ความสำคัญในการส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมการดูแลสุขภาพด้วยตนเองของชุมชน อนุรักษ์บุญประเพณีของแต่ละชุมชนให้สืบสานต่อไป ซึ่งจะนำไปสู่การสร้างสัมพันธภาพที่ดีระหว่างชุมชนในยุคปัจจุบัน ควรพิจารณาทางเลือกเพื่อสร้างความมั่นคงโดยอาศัยภูมิปัญญาชาวบ้าน การกลายเป็นเมืองทำให้การเข้าถึงเทคโนโลยีทางการแพทย์ที่ทันสมัยอย่างรวดเร็วก็จริง (FR. team tel.1669) แต่ในขณะเดียวกันก็บั่นทอนวัฒนธรรมการพึ่งตนเองด้านสุขภาพทางอ้อมและขาดการเยียวยาทางสังคม เกิดสังคมแห่งการพึ่งพิง และให้ความสำคัญกับมูลค่า(เงิน) สิ่งตอบแทนมากกว่าคุณค่า (น้ำใจ) การเอื้อเฟื้อกันทางสังคม <br><br>Nowadays, community is urbanized by modernization, which it has been consuming global threats. For example, capitalism system from developed country. Then, families are decrease solidarity. Moreover, families are lacked of security and fear. However, happiness is pleasured by family. The main objectives aim to study component factors affective human security. Study in urbanization communities. And, reconstruction model of families security. The study design is mix methods. Sample sizes account 388 samples. Collection data during 1 January – 30 April in 2008. This of study found that; urbanization communities were happened by social capitalism offering and interacted exchange by baht symbolic. The factors component for livelihood consists; social security factors, economic security factors, education security factors, and human security factors. Factors influence human security of the people who live in urbanization communities consists; social security factors (g=0.51), education security factors (g=0.31), and economic security factors (g=0.16). Also, all factors in this study could prediction of power for human security were 79% (R2=.79), Then, in this study show that economic security factors was positive correlation with education security factors (r=0.43). Then, education security factors influence social security factors (f=.83). Finally, economic security factors influence social security factor (f=.64) Recommendation: should be empowerment for community reliance by economic sufficiency to community develop, and maintain pluralism community norms, which effect harmony social interaction in the currently. Addiction, local knowledge is alternative for human security. Therefore, should be driving more, and should be concern for community beside highway road, hence the people who live in that are lack of knowledge for health and is not self-care. The important should be driving economic security and education security, therefore, either economic security or education security influence social security, and forward social security influence human security its again. Beware, the peoples who lives in urbanization communities, they are reduce interaction, in order to effects the social healing, value change, and the finalize crisis happen, as if, everything makes a way to social un-ethnics, therefore everybody concern “Cost” more than “Value”.
