โครงการจดหมายเหตุการวิจัยไทย มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อคัดเลือกเอกสารสำคัญด้านการวิจัยของสำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ วิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและจัดทำเมตะดาตาคอลเล็กชันเอกสารจดหมายเหตุการวิจัยไทย จัดทำมาตรฐานการจัดเก็บเอกสารจดหมายเหตุของสำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ โดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและเมตะดาตาเอกสารจดหมายเหตุการวิจัยของสำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ แปลงเอกสารสำคัญของสำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ เอกสารที่สำคัญของการวิจัยไทยให้เป็นไฟล์ดิจิทัลตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด บันทึกข้อมูลเอกสารสำคัญของสำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ เอกสารที่สำคัญของการวิจัยไทยในระบบคลังสารสนเทศดิจิทัลจดหมายเหตุการวิจัยไทย และพัฒนาระบบคลังสารสนเทศดิจิทัลจดหมายเหตุการวิจัยไทยตามมาตรฐานสากล โดยได้รับความร่วมมืออย่างดียิ่งจากกองระบบและบริหารข้อมูลเชิงยุทธศาสตร์ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม สำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ ผลการดำเนินงานประกอบด้วย 7กิจกรรมหลัก ได้แก่การกำหนดนโยบายการพัฒนาจดหมายเหตุการวิจัยไทย เกณฑ์และแนวปฏิบัติเพื่อเป็นคู่มือการคัดเลือกเอกสารจดหมายเหตุการวิจัยของไทย มาตรฐานการจัดเก็บเอกสารจดหมายเหตุเอกสาร และมาตรฐานการลงรายการเอกสารจดหมายเหตุการวิจัยไทยสำนักงานการวิจัยแห่งชาติ การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและการบอกเล่าเรื่องราวตามลำดับเหตุการณ์เพื่อเป็นจดหมายเหตุการวิจัยไทย การแปลงเอกสารจดหมายเหตุการวิจัยไทยให้เป็นไฟล์ดิจิทัลตามมาตรฐาน การลงรายการจดหมายเหตุ การบันทึกข้อมูลและตรวจสอบข้อมูลตามมาตรฐานในคลังสารสนเทศ และการออกแบบและพัฒนาเว็บไซต์โครงการจดหมายเหตุการวิจัยไทยการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันคลังสารสนเทศดิจิทัลจดหมายเหตุการวิจัยไทยและการพัฒนาแอปพลิเคชันหอจดหมายเหตุต่างประเทศ ทูลกระหม่อมอาจารย์และการเตรียมเอกสารเป็นภาษาอังกฤษเพื่อยื่นขอการรับรองมาตรฐานสากลคอร์ทรัสซีล โดยมีข้อเสนอแนะ ดังนี้ 1. พัฒนาระบบรับฝากข้อมูลเอกสารจดหมายเหตุในระบบคลังสารสนเทศดิจิทัลจดหมายเหตุ 2. จัดฝึกอบรมการลงรายการเอกสารจดหมายเหตุแก่หน่วยงานเครือข่ายและอบรมการจัดการเอกสารจดหมายเหตุในคลังสารสนเทศดิจิทัลตามมาตรฐานสากล 3.จัดทำเกณฑ์การเชื่อมโยงเอกสารจดหมายเหตุและคู่มือการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลเอกสารจดหมายเหตุการวิจัยไทย 4. พัฒนาเครือข่ายการจัดการเอกสารจดหมายเหตุดิจิทัลของไทยในเว็บพอร์ทัลจดหมายเหตุ 5. จัดนิทรรศการจดหมายเหตุการวิจัยไทยทั้งแบบดิจิทัลและแบบถาวรเพื่อจัดแสดงองค์ความรู้พัฒนาการของการวิจัยไทย และ 6. การพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มนิทรรศการจดหมายเหตุการวิจัยไทย<br><br>The objectives of Thailand Research Archives Repository (TRAR) project are to review the significant documents of the National Research Center of Thailand (NRCT), analyse them and describe the metadata per their specific archives collection. The project also examines an appropriate standard for NRCT repository by analyzing the content and metadata of the information before converting to the digital files per selected criteria.The Department of System and Strategic Information Management for Science, Research and Innovation at the National Research Council of Thailand has been a great support in managing and transferring the hardcopies of important documents related to Thailand research up to meet the global stndard of the digital archives repository. There are seven activities accounted as the project progress indication including: 1. Statement of policy in TRAR development as well as description of criteria and procedure in document screening, 2. Standard procedure of NRCT archival activities and appropriate information intake of TRAR, 3. Data analysis and chronological archives of Thailand research archives history, 4. Conversion of Thailand research archives hard documents to soft files per regulated standards of digital archives, 5. Archival register, data description and information review following the standard practice of repository, 6. Web application design and development for TRAR, and for the International Archives of Professor HRH Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, and 7. English translation of documentations for CoreTrustSeal application. The recommendations as a result of the project are listed as follows. 1. To further develop the data deposit process in the digital archives repository, 2. To conduct trainings of archival register for organization in network and arrange workshops for global standard of digital archives management, 3. To define the criteria for linking various archives and create guideline on TRAR data relationship management, 4. To foster the network of Thailand digital archives repository on TRAR web portal, 5. To create an exhibition of Thailand archives, both on digital platform and permanent setting, to showcase the knowledge body of Thailand research, and 6. To develop an exhibition platform for Thailand research archives. The Thailand Research Archives Repository project aims to select important research documents of the National Research Council, to analyze contents and metadata desciptions, to prepare archival standards, to convert those important documents of Thai research to digital files, to catalog important documents of the National Research Council, and to develop a digital repository system for Thai research archives by the selected set of international standards. The results shows that the operation consists of 7 main activities: policy formulation, development of Thai research archives timeline; Criteria and guidelines for the selection of archives standards for archiving documents and standards for posting documents in Thai research archives, National Research Council content analysis and chronological storytelling for Thai research archives, convert Thai research archives hard documents into standard digital files listing of archives data recording and data validation according to standards in the digital repository, website and application design and development for Thai research archives project and the Royal International Archives, and preparing and translating documents into English to apply for CoreTrustSeal certification. The recommendations are to establish the deposit system for archives, design training of metadata course, make a guideline of how to verify a Thai research archives, develop the digital archives management network in the web portal, and arrange digital and permanent exhibitions showcasing stages of Thai research development and its platform.
