การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มุ่งศึกษาที่ห่วงโซ่อุปทานของวัคซีนที่ใช้สำหรับป้องกันโรคระบาดติดเชื้อโควิด 19 เนื่องจาก ปัญหาการระบาดของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนาสายพันธุ์ใหม่ 2019 (COVID-19) มีความรุนแรงอย่างมากและแพร่กระจายอย่างรวดเร็ว วัคซีนจัดเป็นทรัพยากรหนึ่งที่สำคัญในการแก้ไขปัญหาการระบาดของเชื้อ COVID-19 การวิจัยครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นให้เกิดเครื่องมือที่สามารถเข้ามาช่วยบริหารจัดการวัคซีนให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดและเหมาะสมกับสถานการณ์ที่เป็นอยู่ในปัจจุบัน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ คือ พัฒนาระบบติดตามตรวจสอบย้อนกลับโซ่ความเย็นวัคซีนโควิด-19 ที่สามารถตรวจสอบตั้งแต่ต้นน้ำภายในประเทศ (หน่วยงานที่นำเข้าหรือบริษัทผู้ผลิต) ไปจนถึงผู้ให้บริการ (โรงพยาบาล) และผู้รับบริการสร้างเสริมภูมิคุ้มกันโรค (ประชาชน หรือ ผู้ป่วย) และ ประยุกต์ใช้นวัตกรรมระบบที่สามารถติดตามและควบคุมอุณหภูมิที่โรงพยาบาลหรือสถานบริการสุขภาพในประเทศ (ปลายน้ำ) ได้ ผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เกิดเป็นระบบ รายงานข้อมูลระบบติดตามตรวจสอบย้อนกลับโซ่ความเย็นวัคซีนโควิด-19 COVID-19 Vaccines Track and Traceability Platform for Cold Chain and Patient Safety ที่สามารถวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นและแสดงผลของข้อมูลวัคซีนตลอดทั้งโซ่อุปทานของวัคซีนได้แบบเรียลไทม์ และมีรายละเอียดข้อมูลที่จัดแสดงในระบบ ได้แก่ ข้อมูลผู้ผลิต/ผู้นำเข้า ผข้อมูลผู้ทำการกระจาย ข้อมูลผู้ทำการขนส่ง ข้อมูลโรงพยาบาล ข้อมูลสถานที่จัดเก็บวัคซีน ข้อมูลอุณหภูมิ ข้อมูลการฉีดวัคซีน ข้อมูลวัคซีน ข้อมูลแจ้งเตือนสำหรับข้อผิดพลาด เป็นต้น อีกทั้งยังสามารถสอบสอบย้อนกลับข้อมูลที่เกิดข้อผิดพลาดโดยตรวจสอบได้ทั้งตัวผลิตภัณฑ์และกระบวนการการทำงานที่เกิดความผิดพลาดได้<br><br>This research focuses on the supply chain of vaccines used for the prevention of the COVID-19 epidemic as the outbreak of the novel coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) is extremely severe and spread quickly. That can be inspected from upstream in the country (importing agency or manufacturing company) to service providers (hospitals) and immunization service recipients (people or patients) and applying innovative systems that can monitor and control the temperature at hospitals or service facilities Health in the country (downstream) as a result of this research is a system for reporting information on the COVID-19 vaccine cold chain traceability system, COVID-19 Vaccines Track and Traceability Platform for Cold Chain and Patient Safety that able to analyze preliminary data and display the results of vaccine data across the vaccine supply chain in real-time and has detailed information displayed in the system such as manufacturer/importer, distributor carrier, hospital, vaccine storage location (warehouse), temperature, data vaccination, notification information for errors, etc., and error information can be traced by verifying both the product and the process where the error occurred.
