โครงการขยายพื้นที่ปลูกพืชผักร่วมกันบนพื้นที่สาธารณะชุมชนบ้านไอจือเราะ ตำบลมาโมง อำเภอสุคิริน จังหวัดนราธิวาส มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการขยายพื้นที่สาธารณะชุมชนในการเพิ่มรายได้ให้กับครอบครัวยากจนและตกงาน โดยใช้กระบวนการการมีส่วนร่วมของคนในชุมชน และเพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพและเสริมพลังในการทำงานร่วมกันบนพื้นที่สาธารณะชุมชน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยวิธีการสัมภาษณ์ การสัมภาษณ์แบบเชิงลึก การสังเกตการณ์ และการจดบันทึก วิธีการดำเนินงาน คือ ประชุมทีมวิจัย ประชุมร่วมกับหน่วยงานเครือข่าย พัฒนาศักยภาพกลุ่มเป้าหมาย ลงมือปฏิบัติปลูกผักบนพื้นที่สาธารณะ ติดตามประเมินผล ถอดบทเรียน และสรุปผลการวิจัย ผลการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มเป้าหมายทั้ง 41 ครัวเรือน ได้มีอาชีพเสริมบนพื้นที่สาธารณะ การขับเคลื่อนให้กลุ่มเกษตรกรมีความอย่างยั่นยืนนอกจากการสร้างงาน สร้างอาชีพ สร้างรายได้แล้วการสร้างความมั่นคงโดยการจัดตั้งกลุ่ม มีคณะทำงาน มีทีมวิจัยติดตามดูแลอย่างใกล้ชิด มีแนวทางในการทางส่งเสริมอาชีพ คือ 1) การสนับสนุนให้ความช่วยเหลือจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ 2) การปลูกฝังจิตสำนึกของเยาวชน ผู้นำชุมชน ผู้นำศาสนา และทีมวิจัย และ 3) การจัดตั้งกลุ่มของชุมชน กลุ่มส่งเสริมอาชีพบ้านไอจือเราะ อยู่ภายใต้การดูแลของกับสำนักงานเกษตรอำเภอสุคิริน องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลมาโมง เพื่อให้กลุ่มเป้าหมายได้รับส่งเสริมอาชีพอย่างยั่งยืน และชุมชนมีความเข็มแข็ง โครงการวิจัยได้มีการพัฒนาศักยภาพกลุ่มเป้าหมายทำให้กลุ่มเป้าหมายประกอบอาชีพได้ดีขึ้น ทำให้เกิดรายได้กับครอบครัวในระยะยาว เมื่อเปรียบเทียบข้อมูลก่อนและหลังของกลุ่มเป้าหมายพบว่า กลุ่มเป้าหมายมีความรู้เพิ่มขึ้น มีความภาคภูมิใจในตนเอง ได้พบปะกับเพื่อนบ้านเพิ่มขึ้น มีความสุขมากขึ้นจากการการทำแบบประเมินความสุข เกิดความร่วมมือของคนในชุมชนเกิดการแบ่งปันให้กับเพื่อนบ้าน และร่วมเรียนรู้การแก้ปัญหาร่วมกันคำสำคัญ พื้นที่ห่างไกล ครอบครัวยากจน พื้นที่สาธารณะชุมชน จังหวัดชายแดนใต้<br><br>The objectives of the project of expanding the area for planting vegetables together on the public area of Ban Ai Cheroh Community, Ma Mong, Sukhirin, Narathiwat were to study the approaches of expanding the public area for land use to increase the income for poor and unemployed families by using the process of participation of people in the community. The second objective was to increase the potential and empower of working together on public and community areas. The data were collected by questionnaire, in-depth interview, observation, and taking notes. The research methodology were used consisting of a meeting frequently of the research team, a meeting of the research team with relevant organizations, developing the potential of the target group, taking action of planting vegetables on public area, closely follow-up and assessments, making the lesson learned, and making a conclusion of the study. The results of the study showed that the 41 households had a career on the public area. The farmer driven to be sustainable, not only building jobs/careers, gaining income but also establish the strength group by having the committees, and closely monitoring their jobs. There were the processes how to support the career in community, including 1) the government was a main factor for supporting careers to be sustainable, 2) cultivating the consciousness of youth, community leaders, religious leaders and research teams, and 3) establishing the farmer group called The supporting of occupation group at Ban Ai Cheroh.The research project had advocating the career potential of the target group, enabling the target group to have a better career, resulting in long-term family income. When comparing the changing of before and after of the target group, it was found that the target group had increase the knowledge, self-esteem, and more met the neighbors. The target group was happier by doing the happiness assessment. There were the cooperation of the people in the community, sharing with neighbors and learning to solve problems together.Keywords: Remote area, Poor household, Community public space, Southern border provinces
