การพัฒนากลไกการเปิดตะกอแบบแจ็คการ์ดสําหรับกี่พื้นบ้านของกลุ่มทอผ้าไหมบ้านหนอง ตราดน้อย ตําบลชุมเห็ด อําเภอเมือง จังหวัดบุรีรัมย์เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการผลิตและยกระดับมาตรฐานการ ผลิต โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนากลไกการเปิดตะกอแบบแจ็คการ์ดสําหรับกี่ทอพื้นบ้านระบบแจ็คการ์ด 400 เข็ม 2) เพื่อสร้างเครื่องเจาะรูแผ่นการ์ดและ 3) เพื่อสร้างเครื่องร้อยแผ่นการ์ด กี่ทอผ้ายกดอกและจก พื้นบ้านด้วยระบบแจ็คการ์ด 400 เข็ม ใช้ระบบกลไกในการควบคุมการยกของเส้นยืนอิสระตามสัญญาณที่ ส่งผ่านการ์ดเจาะแต่ละแผ่น ซึ่งมีผลต่อการเคลื่อนที่ของเข็ม ตะขอ เส้นยืน ที่ทํางานสัมพันธ์กันตามจังหวะของ การเหยียบในแต่ละครั้ง ที่ส่งกําลังไปขับเคลื่อนระบบกลไกผ่านเท้าเหยียบและผ่านจังหวะการกระทบฟืม จาก ผลการทดสอบพบว่าการทดสอบทอผ้ายกดอกและจกพื้นบ้านด้วยระบบแจ็คการ์ด 400 เข็ม ใช้เส้นด้าย อะคริลิคเบอร์ 120 ดีเนียร์ เป็นเส้นยืนและเส้นด้ายพุ่งใช้เส้นด้ายฝ้ายเบอร์ 40 เป็นเส้นพุ่ง จากนั้นทําการทอ ทดสอบด้วยกี่ทอยกและจกพื้นบ้านระบบแจ็คการ์ด 400 เข็ม การทดสอบในเวลา 8 ชั่วโมง พบว่ากี่ทอผ้า สามารถทอผ้าได้ระยะผ้าเฉลี่ย 45.72 เซนติเมตรต่อชั่วโมงเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับการทอด้วยยกดอกและ จก พื้นบ้าน ซึ่งจะทอได้ระยะผ้าเฉลี่ย 10-15 เซนติเมตรต่อชั่วโมง โดยขึ้นอยู่กับความชํานาญของผู้ที่ทําการทอผ้า การทดสอบประสิทธิภาพเครื่องเจาะรูแผ่นการ์ด วัดอัตราเฉลี่ยการเจาะโดยเฉลี่ย 25 แผ่นต่อชั่วโมงและ 200 แผ่นต่อวัน และการทดสอบประสิทธิภาพเครื่องร้อยแผ่นการ์ด วัดอัตราเฉลี่ย 3.5 วินาทีต่อแผ่น นอกจากนี้การ ทอผ้ายกดอกและจกพื้นบ้านด้วยระบบแจ็คการ์ดยังช่วยลดการใช้ทอผ้าทักษะการทอแบบดั้งเดิม ลดต้นทุน ค่าแรง เพิ่มประสิทธิการทอผ้ายกดอก สร้างโอกาสในการเพิ่มมูลค่าและยกระดับผลิตภัณฑ์ทอผ้ายกดอกใน ชุมชน<br><br>The Development of Jacquard Shedding Mechanism on Folk Loom of Ban Nong Trat Noi Silk Weaving Group, Chum Het Sub-district, Muang District, Buriram to increase production efficiency and raise production standards. The objectives were 1) to design jacquard shedding mechanism on Folk Loom with 400 needles jacquard 2) to build card punching machine and 3) to build card sewing machine. The loom and folk loom with a 400 needles jacquard system used mechanical system to control the lifting of the independent standing line according to the signal transmitted through each punch card, which affects the movement of needles, hooks, standing line, which work relative to the rhythm of each step and transmits power to the mechanical system through the foot pedal and the impact of rhythm of loom.From the test found that the folk loom with a jacquard system of 400 needles, using the warp yarn used is acrylic yarn with 120 Denier where as the weft yarn is mercerized cotton yarn count 40/2. Then, weaving test with a loom and a 400 needles jacquard system in 8 hours found that the loom could weave the average fabric length 45.72 centimeters per hour when compared to weaving with threads and local folk which could weave the average length of the fabric 1 0 - 1 5 centimeters per hour depending on the skill of the weaving. The performance test of punching card machine was measured average rates of 25 sheets per hour and 200 sheets per day and the performance test of card sewing machine was measured average rate of 3.5 seconds per sheet. In addition to, cotton brocade weaving with folk jacquard systems will also help reduce the weaving skills in the community, reduce labor costs, increase the weaving efficiency, including create opportunities to add value and upgrade the weaving products in the community.
