การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค (1) เพื่อศึกษาลักษณะของผู$ใช$บริการแอปพลิเคชั่นสั่งอาหารในช+วงการระบาดของไวรัส COVID-19 ระลอกใหม+ (2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความสําเร็จของการใช$บริการแอปพลิเคชั่นสั่งอาหารในช+วงการระบาดของไวรัส COVID-19 ระลอกใหม+ และ (3) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบตัวชี้วัดความสําเร็จของการใช$บริการแอปพลิเคชั่นสั่งอาหารในช+วงการระบาดของไวรัส COVID-19 ระลอกใหม+ กลุ+มตัวอย+าง ได$แก+ ผู$ใช$บริการแอปพลิเคชั่นสั่งอาหารในช+วงการระบาดของไวรัส COVID19 ระลอกใหม+ จํานวน 400 ตัวอย+าง การศึกษาครั้งนี้ใช$แบบสอบถามเป>นเครื่องมือเก็บข$อมูล โดยเก็บข$อมูลผ+านระบบออนไลน สถิติที่ใช$วิเคราะหข$อมูล ได$แก+ ค+าความถี่ ค+าร$อยละ ค+าเฉลี่ยเลขคณิต ค+าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติตรวจสอบความสัมพันธของตัวแปรใช$เมทริกซสหสัมพันธของเพียรสัน (Pearson Product Moment: PE) ส+วนสถิติที่ทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได$แก+การวิเคราะหองคประกอบเชิงยืนยัน (Confirmatory Factor Analysis) จากการศึกษาพบว+า (1) ระดับความสําเร็จของการใช$บริการแอปพลิเคชั่นสั่งอาหารในช+วงการระบาดของไวรัส COVID-19 ระลอกใหม+ มากที่สุด ได$แก+ การรับรู$ใช$งานง+าย (2) การตรวจสอบความสัมพันธระหว+างตัวแปรอิสระไม+เกิดสภาวะ Collinearity & Multicollinearity (3) รูปแบบตัวชี้วัดความสําเร็จของการใช$บริการแอปพลิเคชั่นสั่งอาหารในช+วงการระบาดของไวรัส COVID-19 ระลอกใหม+ มีความเหมาะสมเนื่องจากมีความสอดคล$องกับข$อมูลเชิงประจักษ และแต+ละองคประกอบของโมเดลมีความเที่ยงตรง มีความสามารถในการพยากรณได$ในระดับดีและเป>นที่ยอมรับได<br><br>This study aims to (1) to study personnel factors of users to ordering food application service in era of COVID-19 new wave (2) to study level of successful indicator of food application service in era of COVID-19 new wave (3) to develop model of decision’s successful indicator of food application service in era of COVID-19 new wave. Sampling were 400 people. Questionnaires were used to use to collect data by online. The data received were calculated and analysed using descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation). Pearson Product Moment was used to test the correlation and confirmatory factor analysis was used to test hyprothesis The findings revealed that (1) the most of successful level of food application service in era of COVID-19 new wave was easy to use (2) investigation of correlation between independent variables did not consistent Collinearity & Multicollinearity (3) The model developed was appropriate. Because they were consistent with the empirical data. Elements of the model were accurate (Validity) and had the ability to predict and were an acceptable level.
