โครงกำรนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อติดตำมกำรใช้เครื่องตัดรังไหมอีรี่ที่พัฒนำจำกปี 2562 สำหรับ พัฒนำผลิตภัณฑ์ผ้ำไหมอีรี่ผสมเส้นใยอื่นของกลุ่มวิสำหกิจชุมชน โดยพบว่ำ เครื่องตัดรังไหมอีรี่ได้นำมำติดตั้งชั่วครำว เพื่อทำกำรอบรมและสำธิตวิธีกำรใช้ และได้ให้ทำงวิทยำลัยชุมชนสระแก้วทำกำรเก็บข้อมูลและปรับวิธีกำรเตรียมรังไหมอีรี่เพื่อให้สำมำรถใช้งำนได้อย่ำงมีประสิทธิภำพ ในงำนวิจัยนี้ได้คัดเลือกกลุ่มวิสำหกิจชุมชน 3 กลุ่ม คือ 1) กลุ่มวิสำหกิจชุมชน บ้ำนน้อยโนนตำเทิบ จังหวัดสระแก้ว ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มที่มีควำมพร้อมในกำรพัฒนำไหมอีรี่แบบครบวงจร โดยมีผู้เลี้ยงไหมอีรี่ ปั่นเส้น และทอผ้ำ 2) กลุ่มวิสำหกิจชุมชน ฮักอีรี่ จังหวัดเชียงรำย เป็นกลุ่มที่มีจุดเด่นในเรื่องของกำรทำผ้ำถักมือกับเส้นด้ำยขนสัตว์ และผ้ำทอย้อมสีจำกพืชท้องถิ่น สำหรับทำผลิตภัณฑ์หมวก ผ้ำพันคอ กระเป๋ำ 3) กลุ่มมะนอย จังหวัดแพร่ เป็นกลุ่มที่ผลิตผ้ำฝ้ำย ผ้ำทอ เสื้อผ้ำสำเร็จรูปต่ำงๆ มีควำมถนัดในเรื่องของกำรย้อมฝ้ำยด้วยครำมและห้อม แปรรูปเสื้อผ้ำที่มีอัตลักษณ์ โครงกำรจึงเน้นให้นำเส้นใยไหมอีรี่มำผสมกับควำมชำนำญเดิมของกลุ่ม โดยได้มีกำรพัฒนำเส้นด้ำยปั่นผสมระดับอุตสำหกรรม เป็นเส้นด้ำยผสมจำกเศษเส้นไหมอีรี่ผสมกับเศษไหมหม่อน ซึ่งมีสมบัติทำงกำยภำพ เบอร์ด้ำย จำนวนเกลียวใกล้เคียงกับเส้นด้ำยปั่นมือของกลุ่มวิสำหกิจชุมชน มีควำมสม่ำเสมอกว่ำจึงเหมำะสำหรับนำไปถัก รวมทั้งนำไปผสมกับเส้นใยอื่นๆ เป็นเส้นยืนเพื่อเสริมควำมแข็งแรงที่จะสำมำรถพัฒนำผลิตภัณฑ์สิ่งทอจำกผ้ำไหมอีรี่ที่สำมำรถผลิตได้ในระดับวิสำหกิจชุมชน นอกจำกนี้ได้ทำกำรอบรมถ่ำยทอดเทคนิคกำรย้อมสีธรรมชำติให้มีฟังก์ชันพิเศษที่กันแสงยูวีด้วยพืชธรรมชำติที่มีในท้องถิ่นที่มีสำรแทนนิน รวมทั้งกำรใช้มอร์แดนท์เพื่อให้เพิ่มควำมคงทนของสี และเพิ่มควำมหลำกหลำยของเฉดสี ให้กับกลุ่มวิสำหกิจชุมชนทั้งสำมกลุ่ม เส้นด้ำยย้อมสีดังกล่ำวนำมำทอด้วยควำมชำนำญของแต่ละกลุ่มและหลังกำรอบรม พร้อมกำรตกแต่งสำรสะท้อนน้ำบนผ้ำเพื่อเพิ่มมูลค่ำและฟังก์ชันกำรใช้งำนได้ แล้วนำมำออกแบบและตัดเย็บจำกคณะผู้วิจัย หลังกำรทำกำรจัดประชุมกำรสนทนำกลุ่ม ตำมควำมถนัดของกลุ่มเอง และตำมควำมต้องกำรของลูกค้ำ โดยสำมำรถขึ้นต้นแบบผลิตภัณฑ์ต่ำง ๆ มำกกว่ำ 10 ผลิตภัณฑ์ คือ เสื้อคลุม ชุดสูท กำงเกง ชุดเดรส หมวก กระเป๋ำ เป็นต้น นอกจำกนี้ มีบริษัท ดี.เอส. กิฟท์ แอนด์ อำร์ท จำกัด ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทที่ผลิตและจำหน่ำยผ้ำอ้อมเด็กอ่อน, ของใช้เด็กอ่อน ด้วยกำรใช้ผ้ำฝ้ำย มีควำมสนใจในกำรนำผ้ำไหมอีรี่ ไปขึ้นต้นแบบผลิตภัณฑ์เพื่อพัฒนำผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ในกำรใช้ผ้ำไหมอีรี่และออกแบบให้สำมำรถเปิดตลำดระดับพรีเมี่ยมต่อไป ภำยใต้ MOU กับทีมนักวิจัย สถำบันผลิตผลเกษตรฯ<br><br>This project aimed to follow-up and apply the Eri cocoon cuttimg machine developed from this project in 2019 for community enterprise and to develop Eri silk and other fiber blended products fabricated by community enterprise. The Eri cocoon cutting machine was setted up temporary at Sakaeo Community College to train for correcting data and adjust cocoon preparation before cutting in order to support performance for community enterprise groups. Three community enterprise groups were chosen to join this project which are 1) Baan Non Ta Thoep Community Enterprise Group, Sakaeo; this group is ready to develop a full range of Eri silk with a member community of Eri silk rearing, spinning and weaving, 2) Hug Eri Community Enterprise Group, Chaingrai; this group has a distinctive point in making hand-knitted fabrics with wool yarns and woven fabrics dyed from local plants for making hats, scarves, bags, 3) Matoy Group, Phrae; this group is expert to produce indigo dyed cotton yarns ready-made garments with identity pattern. This project therefore focused on blending Eri silk fibers with other fibers. The short staple Eri and mulberry silk fiber blended yarn has been developed and spun in the industrial OE spinning system. The result found that their physical properties, yarn number and yarn twist were similar to hand spun yarn produced by those community enterprise groups. Because this two silk fiber blended yarn was more regular yarn and therefore it was suitable for knitting. as well as mixed with other fiber yarn for weaving. This blended yarn was to develop textile products from Eri silk that can be produced at the community enterprise level. In addition, dyeing technique of natural dyes which have UV protection function from local plants with natural tannin including mordant application in order to improve color fastness and increase diversity of color tone was transferred to three community enterprise groups. Those dyed yarns were woven with the expertise of each group and with training course including water repellent finishing team in order to add value and function to Eri products. Then these Eri fabrics were designed and tailored by the research team after focus group for Eri products according to each community enterprise groups aptitude and consumer demand. The eri silk products were made for upper than 10 products such as jacker, suit, trousers, dress, hat and handbag, etc. In addition, D.S. Gift and Art Co., Ltd.,a company that produces and sells baby diapers, baby products made by cotton fabric, who is interested in development of Eri silk fabric for premium baby product in market further under MOU collaboration with this researcher team, KAPI.
