ช่องว่างประการหนึ่งในเรื่องของการนำผลงานวิจัย และนวัตกรรมไปขับเคลื่อนในระดับพื้นที่คือการที่ผู้ใช้อาจยังไม่สามารถค้นหา และเลือกงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมไปใช้ได้อย่างเหมาะสม จึงมีแนวคิดในการพัฒนาโครงการระบบจับคู่นวัตกรรมเพื่อการพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่นี้ขึ้นมา โดยมุ่งเน้นศึกษาแนวทางในการนำข้อมูลทางด้านงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมจากส่วนงานต่างๆ มาจัดเก็บอย่างเป็นระบบ แยกเป็นหมวดหมู่ให้เข้ากับโครงสร้าง ปัญหา และบริบทของประเด็นยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารงานในพื้นที่ พร้อมการพัฒนาระบบเว็บไซต์ที่จะช่วยในการการจับคู่นวัตกรรม เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาในพื้นที่ สร้างความเชื่อมโยงระหว่างผู้ผลิตผลงาน และผู้ที่มีความต้องการใช้งาน และภาคส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อส่งเสริมให้เกิดการใช้ประโยชน์จากเทคโนโลยี งานวิจัย และนวัตกรรมมากขึ้นโดยการดำเนินงานวิจัยในครั้งนี้ คณะนักวิจัยได้ทำการศึกษาข้อมูลจากผู้ที่มี่ส่วนเกี่ยวข้องจากภาคส่วนต่าง ๆ โดยเฉพาะจากกลุ่มผู้ใช้ประโยชน์ในระดับพื้นที่ จากจังหวัดต่าง ๆ ทั่วประเทศ เพื่อนำมาพัฒนาเป็นกรอบแนวทางในการพัฒนาระบบในการช่วยค้นหา และจับคู่ผลงานต่าง ๆ ต่อไป ในขณะเดียวกันคณะนักวิจัยยังได้ทำการรวบรวมข้อมูลผลงานวิจัย และนวัตกรรมจากแหล่งข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ในประเด็นข้าว โคเนื้อ ท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม ยางพารา ปาล์มน้ำมัน และองค์ความรู้อื่น ๆ กว่า 6,000 รายการ พร้อมกับนำมาจัดหมวดหมู่ตามรูปแบบการใช้งานของผู้ที่ปฏิบัติงานในพื้นที่ต่อไปผลจากการดำเนินงานข้างต้นนี้ คณะนักวิจัยได้พัฒนา website : www.innovation-matching.com ขึ้นมา ซึ่งเป็นช่องทางหลักในการให้ผู้ใช้ประโยชน์ และผู้ทำวิจัยสามารถมาค้นหา แลกเปลี่ยนระหว่างกันได้ โดยมีแนวทางการใช้งานหลัก ๆ ประกอบไปด้วย 1) การค้นหาผลงาน โดยสามารถค้นหาได้ตามกรอบแนวคิดของห่วงโซ่มูลค่าของแต่ละประเด็น ประเภทของผลงาน เป้าหมายหรือวัตถุประสงค์ของผลงาน หรือค้นหาผลงานพร้อมใช้ตามประเภทของปัญหา 2) การนำเสนอผลงาน หรือผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3) การหารือพูดคุย4) การนำเสนอผลงานที่โดดเด่น โดยคณะนักวิจัยได้ทำการนำเสนอผลงานที่โดดเด่นในแต่ละด้าน พร้อมกับศึกษาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลศักยภาพของจังหวัดที่คณะนักวิจัยได้มีโอกาสในการหารือร่วมกัน และนำเสนอตัวอย่างของผลงานวิจัยที่คาดว่าสามารถเข้าไปช่วยตอบสนองต่อทิศทางการพัฒนาของพื้นที่ได้ปัจจุบันระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นมานี้ ถือว่าเป็นระบบต้นแบบที่อาจยังมีข้อมูลไม่มาก หรือแนวทางการทำงานยังไม่ครอบคลุมการใช้งานตามความต้องการของผู้ใช้ได้ทั้งหมด แต่คาดว่าจะช่วยเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นให้หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องสามารถนำไปพัฒนาต่อ และใช้เป็นแนวทางในการเชื่อมโยงงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรมไปสู่การขับเคลื่อนในพื้นที่ต่อไป<br><br>One of the key issues to utilize the research development and innovation (RDI) for area development purposes is that the users sometimes might not be able to find or even choose RDIs that fit their needs properly. The research project on innovation matching system for area-based development was initiated to study the needs of the potential users in provinces and to gather, analyze and systematically categorize selected RDIs to fit with the needs and current area-based development framework. The research team started off by conducting series of interview and workshop with key stakeholders especially representatives from selected provinces across Thailand to find the needs and key concerns that eventually turned into system requirement. The team then selected and gathered the RDIs data from various sources based on the key criteria. The team eventually was able to gather more than 6,000 RDIs data on the categories of Rice, Cow, Cultural Tourism, Rubber, Oil Palm, and other issues, that later were being analyzed and recategorized based on the concept of area-based development framework. The team came up with an online RDIs platform through www.innovation-mathcing.com that can help users to search and exchange their ideas and RDIs data together. The key functions of the site features:1) Search: The user can search RDIs based on the concept of value chain of each category, types of RDIs, key objectives of RDIs and even the key problems2) Present (upload) key RDIs or experts3) Discuss4) Highlight Project: The team has selected a few highlight RDIs in each area as well as helped analyze the selected provincial development plan and key potential data then selected a few of the RDIs that might potentially match with those selected provincesThe website that has been developed is a pilot version only. The data in the system is still limited and might still lack of key features that some users might expected. However, the team expect this website and this research to be a starting point for the related agency to develop further and bring this to the next level that can truly bridge the gap of RDIs for area-based development in the future.
