งานวิจัยนี้ให้ความสำคัญการศึกษาและพัฒนาเพื่อหาแนวทางในการยกระดับการบริหารจัดการกิจกรรมที่รองรับกระบวนการโลจิสติกส์ โดยเฉพาะในส่วนของกิจกรรมโลจิสติกส์ขาเข้าของอุตสาหกรรมผลิตทูน่ากระป๋องไทยซึ่งถือเป็นคอขวดของกระบวนการและมีสัดส่วนต้นทุนในการดำเนินการที่ค่อนข้างสูงซึ่งเป็นตัวแปรสำคัญที่มีผลต่อความสามารถในการแข่งขันทางธุรกิจ ผู้วิจัยได้ศึกษาภาพรวมในกิจกรรมโลจิสติกส์ขาเข้าที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการและทำการวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาแนวทางในการจำกัดและลดความสูญเปล่าในกิจกรรมที่ไม่เพิ่มมูลค่าของระบบออกไป วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยจะมุ่งไปที่การยกระดับประสิทธิภาพการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ขาเข้าเพื่อสร้างโซ่คุณค่าของอุตสาหกรรมทูน่ากระป๋องไทยทั้งในส่วนการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการการขนส่งและการจัดการวัสดุคงคลังวัตุดิบและการเพิ่มประสิทธิผลโดยรวมของกระบวนการรับและการจำแนกวัตถุดิบ ข้อสรุปจากการศึกษาจะนำไปสู่การเชื่อมโยงรูปแบบการบริหารจัดการโลจิสติกส์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพและเกิดความต่อเนื่องทั้งระบบ ซึ่งจะช่วยในลดความสูญเสีย ลดต้นทุนการจัดการ ต้นทุนในการถือครองสินค้าคงคลัง และการขนส่งสินค้าโดยรวมให้ต่ำลง<br><br>This research focuses on study and development to find ways to improve the management of activities that support logistics processes. The inbound logistics activities of the Thai canned tuna industry, which is a process bottleneck and a relatively high proportion of operating costs, are important factors affecting business competitiveness. The researchers took an overview of the inbound logistics activities occurring in the process and analyzed them to find ways to limit and reduce the waste of non-value added activities of the system. The objective of the research is to enhance the efficiency of inbound logistics management to build the value chain of the Thai canned tuna industry in terms of optimizing transportation management and raw material inventory management and increasing the overall effectiveness of the raw material receiving and classification process. The conclusions from the study will lead to a link to an efficient logistics management model that will help reduce losses, reduce management costs and holding costs, and lower overall freight.
