การจัดการฟาร์มแพะแบบ Zero Waste Agriculture ในพื้นที่ทุ่งครุ กรุงเทพฯ เป็นการงานวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการแบบมีส่วนร่วม (PAR) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อหาวิธีการจัดการปัญหาขยะสด ของเสีย และวัสดุเหลือใช้ทางการเกษตรในฟาร์มแพะ ตลอดจนสร้างเครือข่ายการให้ความรู้และเทคโนโลยี เรื่อง การจัดการของเสียในฟาร์มแพะ และการเพิ่มคุณภาพดินและผลผลิตพืช กลุ่มศึกษา คือ กลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงสัตว์ทุ่งครุ เขตทุ่งครุ จังหวัดกรุงเทพฯ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้วิธีบรรยาย อธิบายเชื่อมโยงความสัมพันธ์ และการหาค่าเฉลี่ย ผลการศึกษา พบว่า กลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้เลี้ยงสัตว์ทุ่งครุ จำนวน 32 ฟาร์ม ได้จัดตั้งกลุ่มเกษตรกรที่เป็นแกนนำจำนวน 10 ฟาร์ม เพื่อเป็นผู้นำในการจัดการของเสียในฟาร์มแพะ ก่อให้เกิดเครือข่ายการเรียนรู้และความร่วมมือในด้านการจัดการของเสียในและนอกพื้นที่จำนวน 15 องค์กร สามารถจัดการปัญหาของเสียในฟาร์มได้เกิน 50 เปอร์เซนต์ และได้ผลิตภัณฑ์จากการดำเนินโครงการ เช่น ปุ๋ยหมัก ปุ๋ยมูลไส้เดือน ไบโอชาร์ วัสดุปลูก วัสดุเพาะกล้า ฯลฯ สำหรับผลของปุ๋ยหมักมูลแพะ พบว่า มูลแพะหมักกับต้นกล้วยในอัตราส่วน 1:3 ในเวลา 2 เดือนจะให้คุณภาพปุ๋ยหมักที่ผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานปุ๋ยอินทรีย์ได้ดีที่สุด สำหรับการผลิตวัสดุปลูกโดยใช้มูลแพะในอัตรา 1 หรือ 1.5 ส่วน ผสมกับแกลบ แกลบเผา และกาบมะพร้าวสับ ในอัตรา 3: 3: 3 ส่วน ทำให้ได้วัสดุปลูกที่มีสมบัติทางฟิสิกส์และเคมีเหมาะสมต่อการเจริญเติบโตของพืช ทำให้ชุมชนเกิดกระบวนการเรียนรู้การจัดการของเสียในฟาร์มที่เหมาะสมกับพื้นที่และเกิดอาชีพทางเลือกของชุมชนในอนาคต<br><br>Zero Waste Agriculture Goat Farm Management in Thung Khru, Bangkok is a participatory action research ( PAR) aiming to find a solution to the problem of fresh garbage.
